Sarah M. Kopac. LMFTA
I'm trained in aiding individuals and couples as they work towards their goals. What makes me, as a Marriage and Family Therapist, different from other mental health professionals? My training has focused on relationships and I had 500+ sessions under my belt at graduation.
Are you someone trying to decrease your anxiety? A couple going through a life transition? Maybe you're trying to re-define yourself? I have experience in all of these areas, as well as relationship distress, navigating AD/HD, addressing depression and supporting young adults.
My focus is on serving non-traditional families. This includes individuals/families who identify as LGBTQIA+, blended families and chosen family. I want others to feel welcome and accepted even as they face challenges. Please reach out using the right side bar if you feel I would be a good fit for you.

Becca Blair. LMFTA
As a therapist trained in both Structural and Strategic Family Therapy, my work is rooted in the belief that resilience is not just a trait, it's a process we can nurture, strengthen, and reclaim. I approach each client with deep respect for their capacity to adapt, grow, and persevere through even the most difficult challenges.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, family conflict, or major life transitions, I focus on helping you recognize the strength you've already shown and build on it. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and create new strategies that restore balance, clarity, and connection in your life and relationships.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every individual carries within them the tools for change. I’m here to help you access those tools, restructure what isn’t working, and move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

Whitney Meyers Keyes. LMFTA
I’m a collaborative, strengths-based therapist who believes that every client holds
essential wisdom within. My role is to walk alongside you, shining a light of
awareness, offering tools, and creating a safe space for healing and insight. I view
therapy as a process of remembering your wholeness, not fixing what’s broken, but
reconnecting with the parts of you that may have been silenced, wounded, or
forgotten. Together, we gently explore the patterns, beliefs, and relational dynamics
that shape your current experience, and we work toward lasting transformation rooted
in self-trust.
Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, seeking healthier relationships, or
healing old wounds, I hold space with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your
unique journey. Healing isn’t about becoming someone else, it is about remembering
your essential nature, your wholeness within. I would be honored to walk alongside
you on your journey.

Life can feel like a lot. Especially when you're trying to figure things out, carry expectations, and still keep it all together. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or just mentally exhausted, you're not alone! I offer a calm and grounded presence for adults and couples who are navigating the often complex terrain of relationships, stress, and personal growth.
Clients have shared that they feel heard, supported, and genuinely understood in our work together. I strive to create a space where vulnerability is met with care and where healing can begin from a place of safety and self-awareness.
